Q: I just registered my newborn, how long will it take to receive the bundle?
A: Usually, we send out Newborn Bundles within a week of registering. EVEN IF, your baby was born in March, but you did not get a chance to register until June or later. We will send out a Newborn Bundle up to 11 months after birth. Sometimes our inventory runs low and we may have to restock which may take an extra week or two.
Q: Will my child get a new book every year?
A: YES! That is the plan. However, we are not yet equipped with automatic roll over so you will have to re-register each year for the next Birthday. We will send you a reminder each year to log back into the website and register.
Q: My child got a book which we already own?
A: Now you have a back-up, spare. extra one to keep elsewhere. Keep one in the car, the diaper bag, bring it to Grannie’s house or pass it on to a friend. You can never have too much of a good thing!

Q: You sent us the same book we got last year, what should we do?
A: Oh my goodness, we sincerely apologize. This does happen. Unlike the above answer – if you receive a duplicate FROM US – we will send you a different book. Please keep the duplicate or pass it on to a friend.
Q: Can I sign up my grandkids? My neighbor’s kids? My nieces and nephews?
A: Absolutely!! As long as you have their permission to give out their mailing address and their child’s name and ages. IF you do not have their permission, sign up with your name and address, please just send us an email so we know the age of the child who will be getting the book.
Q: Can I send you a donation?
A: We are a newly formed Non Profit with a very small team, we gladly accept donations of all kinds. Our favorite items to receive are board books (brand new or in excellent condition). We also appreciate brand new receiving blankets, ribbon, wrapping paper, tape and address labels. We also accept monetary donations via PayPal right here on our website. Q: My daughter turned 4 in May, but I signed her up in July, when can I expect her gift?
A: We actually struggled with how to handle this one for a long while, but we ultimately decided that if it is not for a Newborn, and the registration is not less than 3 weeks after their birthday – they will get a gift on their next birthday.
